Mukteshwar Rentals is a booking platform that connects travelers with local car rentals, bike/scooty rentals, and homestay accommodation in Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand. Submitting a reservation or contact form on our website is a request to book — it is not a confirmed booking until we (or the relevant property/vehicle owner) contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and terms.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

  • All homestay reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
  • We will contact you using the phone number, email, or WhatsApp number you provide to confirm details of your booking.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, dates, and guest counts.
  • Pricing shown on listings is indicative and may be confirmed or adjusted at the time of booking confirmation based on dates, availability, and requirements.

3. Payments

Our website does not process online payments. Any payment, deposit, or advance amount is arranged and collected directly between you and Mukteshwar Rentals or the relevant property/vehicle owner, outside of this website, according to the terms confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be communicated to you directly when your booking is confirmed and may vary by property, vehicle, or season. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.

5. Vehicle Rentals

  • Renters must hold a valid driving license appropriate to the vehicle being rented and meet any minimum age requirements.
  • Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable traffic laws. You are responsible for any fines, damage, or loss arising from misuse of a rented vehicle during your rental period.
  • Fuel, security deposits, and any prebooking amounts will be communicated and collected as per the terms confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Homestay & Accommodation Bookings

Homestays and accommodations listed on our website are operated by independent local hosts/owners. Mukteshwar Rentals facilitates the booking enquiry but is not the operator of the property. House rules, check-in/check-out times, and property-specific policies will be shared with you at the time of confirmation.

7. Reviews

If you submit a review through a review link, you confirm that the review reflects your genuine experience. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website to submit false information, abuse our contact or booking forms, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
